arcade is white, elite is black
arcade has 512mb memory, elite has 120GB HDD
if interested my boss has few hundred sets in stocks...
but you just need to buy 1 set only...lol

yes install some parts of the games , save data , music , photo , demo and many more

can i still save my games with the internal 512mb memory of the arcade?

yes , but i guess it will be not enough...you end up buying HDD later on

so what is your recommendation? buy buy or upgrade the hdd later on.. hmm.. which is more cost effective?

frankly the best go for elite , make sure its the latest JASPER mobo.

Go for Ps3 instead

Elite is the best bet.

The HDD is very useful. you can even install entire game (Not madatory as PS3) to the HDD to improve game load time and improve lifespan of the DVD Drive (you still need the disc though...)

As i'm in a nostradamus mood, my prediction is wait a month, there'll be some 2nd hand units floating around so hopefully you can get a nice jasper for really cheap.

And there is no justification for getting an arcade unit. the hdd is just too useful. Especially if you like downloading xbox arcade games. edit: why aren't you interested in getting a "pro"? out of the market for a while so if they stopped selling them then ignore my remark.

If between elite n arcade i definitely suggest elite set despite being a hardcore gamer n casual gamer bcoz;
-if u buy n arcade then add hdd what is the diff between buying an elite set
-elite come with few extras such original games depend on which bundle u buy forza le or geow2 unless u thinking on getting a modded console for jack sparrow,if u dont like the game,there always our pasar malam ruled by privatejong,u can trade it for the game u like,save money..
