set multiplier at 12.set fsb at 333MHz.for cpu vcore,try to boot at 1.4625V first.after successful boot,try lowering down the voltage to find the best operational voltage.
other settings set to auto except for ram speed. make sure u set your ram to run at 667MHz speed.do not overclock the ram.once you have successfully oc the cpu,then only oc the ram. |

yup it's under bios.but u need to know sometime the motherboard isn't capable of doing huge overclock.like my old mobo i can only reach about 3.1ghz.changed to p5q-se2 i managed to oc till 4ghz.
use the advance motherboard tweaker option for overclocking. |

safe la if u r not pumping too much voltage onto the cpu.after oc only u stress test it.prime95 etc.

i can't help you for i7/i5/i3 stuff coz i don't know much about them.i'm still loyal to my current setup coz it's still capable of doing all my tasks
