HOPE TMNET GET THE MESSAGE


Does anyone sitting behind the TMNET office reading MY email DIRECTED TO THIS address HELP@TM.NET.MY ? I have sent my email to them to inform their poor support service for two times since a week and i still dont get a respond.
I subscribe to upgrade my streamyx from 1mb to 4mb and already 1 month still got no technician coming to my house.
