Details of the complaint :
On 10Jun2010 (Thursday), around 7:15pm, I bought a Nokia E72 from ajepyatt, COD at Menara Optometry Centre Sdn. Bhd. (Address: No.44, Jalan Tun Mohd Fuad Satu, Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, 60000 KL).

As per what ajepyatt said, this handset was a reward by Digi. According to him, everything is in place and original. When I came back home, I was shocked that the MicroSD card is missing, the original package for Nokia E72 come with the 4GB Micro SD with PC suite in the Micro SD, included in the handset. Immediately I called him and told him that the Micro SD card is missing, he told me that this is the package he received and it's without Micro SD card.

I requested him to check with Digi, but eventually he said he had called Digi and Digi cannot do anything as he had signed the shipping form. He also offered me to buy Micro SD card from him as he is selling Micro SD cards and computer as well. I felt that I'm being cheated, even now I called him several times, but he did not pick up my call and reply my sms.

I hereby provide the shipping details (the shipping form, from Digi to ajepyatt, he gave me the shipping form as the proof of purchase)

Lesson learnt: Never trust any seller, even if they are friendly to you. Check everything on the spot.

Thanks for your comment. Yeah, it was my mistake that I trust him that everything is in place and didn't check for the Micro SD card. But as he said, everything is original, everything in the package he got from Digi, it's ORIGINAL, not AP. Afaik original package for E72 should come with 4GB Micro SD. Maybe to you it's cheap, but I'm the buyer, I hope you can understand my feeling if you were me. And he offered me to buy MicroSD card from him without asking Digi. Actually I hope we can settle it by ourself, but he didn't reply me or answer my call. Oh yes, the police had accepted my report.

Yeah, I checked already, it doesn't inside the handset.
Maybe you guys are right, this is a very good lesson to me, I should be more aware next time.

There are many different memory card, the one come with Nokia can set password and can be locked. I did discuss with this seller, he ask me to check with Digi, it's a little strange if I talk to Digi since I'm not their customer. He didn't want to listen to me anymore, and he offered me used memory for rm70. I just treat this case as a lesson to me.

Bang, we agreed the price RM960, when I reach there you keep asking me to pay you additional RM20, do you remember? And you ask me to give you the handsfree as a gift because the price we agreed is already very cheap (of course I didn't do so). I've contact Digi customer care yesterday and they haven't receive any call from you as per what you said. Can you clarify this? They advice you (Digi customer) to contact them directly.

Oh yeah, Don't you remember you told me the phone is exactly the 'original package' you got? Now missing 2 items, MicroSD and PC suite inside.

Maybe the package you bought is AP set? From what I know original contain everything.

Ya, bang. I agreed what you said we must appreciate what we have. But I just don't like to be cheated (I'm not saying you, ok? It's either Digi or you didn't include the memory card).
I just ask a flavour from you to clarify with Digi, that's simple only, that's all I want, I hope can get back the micro sd. I even call Digi and send email to them myself.

I can't find where it state all the accessories inluded, let me check on the user manual.

Bang, are you sure you already called Digi? They look into this matter and their feedback is asking you to contact them, not me. I did received their email as well.

When we meet you said everything 'ORIGINAL PACKAGE', now something is missing, but you didn't even help to clarify with Digi, is that so difficult? Just tell the truth, tell them that the package you received is without MicroSD, that's all. And now you said I'm kecoh?

I just ask a simple request from you to clarify with Digi, and you agreed but you are lying on me.
To all forumers who reply this thread, I understand it was my mistake that I didn't check for microsd, you are right, this is a very good lesson to me.

And also I didn't mean to blame you at the firstplace, but it was you saying bad words to me, didn't answer my call and reply my message.

Bang, If you don't admit, fine, let's GOD judge it. I pun percaya kepada Tuhan, if you didn't done anything wrong, fine, just swear you didn't cheat on me. That's it, and I'll close this case.

I'll close this topic once seller swear that he doesn't cheat me.
