To TS (UBUNTU): he didnt state he will provide memory card, so it was not part of the offer he offered u, hence, even if u bring this to court, u wont succeed. it was your fault for not reading and accepting the fact that the seller did not include 'memory card' in his package statement regardless of what the original package may be.

and also, next time if u want to complain about these small things, go buy original brand new from nokia shop. sure 100% no problem.

To Seller: you are definitely not at fault, probably a little rude to offer a second hand microSD at a high price. but its ur choice. with regards to this situation, you are clean and clear of any fault.
