ermm...have you tried using 5k dpi then tweaking your windows sensitivity lower? if i'm not mistaken.. that actually makes tracking more accurate.
again, iianm.

DPI has nothing to do with making tracking more accurate. It only makes the mouse more sensitive. Tweaking windows sensitivity can skip pixels and that CAN affect accuracy. I want my windows sensitivity to be in middle (6/11) at all times. If "using 5k dpi then tweaking your windows sensitivity lower", might as well leave windows sensitivity at default and change the dpi only, right?

ATTN Kova owners, have you guys ever experience disconnection while using it?

I've been doing a lot of research and some people reported that the mouse disconnects itself at random times especially when using windows 7.

Also, what is the avg price of the kova in lowyat?

Kova have drivers issues. Kone scroll button used to be problematic, but thankfully, it isn't that bad in Kone V2. Driver issues still there  yawn.gif

I thought kova is a driverless mouse? There's no driver for the kova on roccat's site.

wta Microsoft Wheel Mouse Optical - WMO

Are there any shops selling these? I remember seeing this mouse in one of the cybercafes in sri kembangan.

Apparently, most professional quake live players use this mouse because it's small and light. It has the same sensor as the 1.1, 3.0 but it doesn't have side buttons. Amazon.com sells the 5 pax edition for RM 270 (RM 54 each).

I've checked AllIT, viewnet and sri computers thoroughly but they only have the wireless microsoft mice and the IME 3.0.
