Until today, I'm still using my trusty Logitech MX518. Other gaming mouse is good but doesn't fit my palm nicely.

QUOTE(Eoma @ Sep 16 2010, 12:56 AM) Hi guys, looking for a wireless mouse to replace my aged MX Revo (it had a fall, and the wheel doesn't spin smoothly anymore). I like Logitech mouse as they are very durable, I personally have a 5 years old MX518 that I'm still using until today. Naturally I was looking at the refresh - Performane mouse M950/MX and also read up on Razer Mamba and Sidewinder X8 as well. (this article in particular) Any personal experiences/recommendation ? I'm not a hardcore gamer but i do play all sorts of genres. ROCCAT has an interesting wireless mouse as well although many might not be using it as for now - ROCCATâ„¢ Pyra Wireless |

QUOTE(victor2212 @ Sep 17 2010, 06:21 PM) haha what to do, they still earn more than razer and steelseries, cause consumer normal products, normal mouse keyboard etc. Not surprising as Logitech has a lot of different products including webcams, multimedia products etc.logitech earnings , wikipidea source. Probably people chose to just get Xai instead. Also, some people might not be too keen with laser and rather use optical. |

QUOTE(Cyclonechuah @ Sep 19 2010, 01:34 AM) In my point of view, Gigabyte really shines in Macro, but in terms of comfortable. i guess it's not really suit for me, because the thumb ress part is kinda narrow inside. But Roccat Kone, it's has really comfortable grip. which i mostly use for internet sufting except in gaming which i still needs to depends on macro to organize stuff to be much more simpler. One of the many users who will consider upgrading to a Kone[+] from Kone. Many wouldn't in my opinion if they are a current Kone user. Comfortable : Kone > M8000X Macro And Functions : M8000X > Kone but we can't really compare these two mouse because M8000X is only recently been out and Roccat Kone was a 2 years/1 years ago product, which i'm looking forward to compare M8000X with Kone[+]. As For DPI, i don't really have any problem with Kone's DPI Since you can only choose 6 DPI setting which is 800 1200 1600 2000 2400 3200. which for my case, True or Not True Is not really the case. But if New Sensor has problems of it. then i might consider not getting it, well.. i still waiting october reviews inorder to place reservations with lingloong to place order for kone[+] and hope to get it at the end of october. New Kone[+] boasted some of it's functions as well as adding some functions that gigabyte M8000X has, so if the Macros and all other things are as perfect as it says, then i might even ditch my Gigabyte M8000X and Focus using Kone[+] Currently now which is why i still having 2 mouse connected and kept switching between both. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Edited : Add spoiler |

QUOTE(victor2212 @ Sep 19 2010, 03:29 AM) why i like kone [+] is becuase of the dpi buttons size, But current Kone users would probably skip the upgrade due to not much of an upgrade and yet the high price tag.the only reason why i dont go for kone now is, small as$ dpi buttons, stupid glowing led proton. if the sensor is good and it checks out just fine, ill sell my imperator and buy it. and mayb get taito also |
