for now I'm still adjusting to the design of its curves... not really used to it after using the Imper but I guess I will after some time... comfort wise it's pretty good after using it for almost 2 hours now... as for the glide I have to say it's pretty rough on my Megasoma but I guess it can be solved if I get a Glide Dot soon~

I would say go for the Imperator... Ikari Optical isn't much except for the simple 1.6k dpi sensor but it has a pinky rest but it's comfortable to some people (but it hurts my palm like hell... so I swap back my Imper~ ) Ikari Laser I'm not really sure coz I haven't tried it yet but still if you want it's best to go to any shop in LYP and try it out~ but for me... Imperator will do~

Added on August 31, 2010, 9:01 amhmm... if people say that the RAT has issues with the feet balance will adding a layer of mousefeets solve it? as for the sensor... don't worry... let hope they release a firmware update soon~ it's a pretty good looking mouse with the futuristic design and adjustable to suit one's palm size... but sadly it's bogged down by the uneven lower base and jittery sensor~

ok... I've never tried the Ikari Laser yet but I'll give you a comparison between Ikari Optic and Imperator la~ for the Ikari Optic as you know it has a 1.6k dpi optical sensor whereas the Imperator has 5.6k dpi laser sensor... both are ergonomic mouses so they are comfortable for right-handers... Ikari has a pinky rest tho so u can place ur little finger there without scraping the mousepad... as for the number of buttons... Ikari has the standard 2 + 1 scroll wheel and 2 side buttons whereas the Imper has the standard 2 + 1 scroll wheel and 2 side buttons and 2 middle buttons below the scroll wheel... extras would be the Imper has the lighting effect for that 'cool' factor while the Ikari has none... comfort wise... I would say it depends on personal preference as many say the Ikari is comfortable but I have to go for the Imperator... as the Ikari does hurt my lower palm after some extended usage~ price for the Ikari Optic is around RM170 but as thr's a change of the distributor (previous distro is Inter-Asia... not is Play Interactive), so thr's achance that either it's gonna be out of stock temporarily or if it's PI's stock thr's a possibility of the price being jacked up, so if u want the Ikari better grab it fast... as for the Razer Imperator it's around RM239 sumtin from my trip to Low Yat last Saturday @ Sri Comp~ as for the USB reporting rate... there shouldn't be a problemn as both reports at 1kHz~ to make it simple... look at the comparison below~
