means that everdying prefer the shell of copperhead more than xai??
i try copperhead before not really like it shape le

never try hold xai myself yet..feel like the shape just same like kinzu
*
yea im a claw grip, and the side rails of the copperhead makes it easier to lift the mouse up.
also the side buttons nicer placed.

xai and kinzu different feel cos different size.

guys...i have already got my sharkoon fireglider....its a great mouse! i feel comfortable using it...and the 3-shoot button is awesome....helps me pull off headshots in sudden attack...altogether...i rate it 9/10 .... smile.gif
*
actually if the mouse can store macros that allows very quick timings, can do already.
i tried it on the cmstorm mouse, any pistol suddenly become auto.
my xai cannot record left mouse click with the macros tho can have a very fast time with kb keys, razer cannot record fast enough time but can record left mouse click tongue.gif

lolz..but actually..come to think of it..making burst-fire pistols into automatic pistols is CHEATING! xD
*
i got teammates who were accused for cheating cos their pistols can fire faster than most...but it all comes down to what mouse ur using cos some like razer can press much faster tongue.gif

Maybe his fingers were really quick. laugh.gif
*
fingers one thing la...but like the deathadder u can press the button near the center of the mouse also it can detect perfectly...and of cos nearer the center the button travel is even shorter...

haha sry jason, i highly recondmend mx518, no revised  version

, your budjet abit hard to rm100, mostly gaming mouse above 100 already lo.
*

first version mx518 is 1600dpi.
revised version is 1800dpi...tho of cos that was a couple yrs ago.
but the 1800dpi version has a better sensor...basically same one as in deathadder.

i tend to have a habit of slightly lifting the mouse throughout the usage of it. this is when the problem kicks in; the laser was so sensitive, whenever i lift the mouse up, it'll still be detected and the cursor tends to move away! if you get what i mean...  doh.gif
*
well g500 has the same adns-9500 sensor as the xai...and i dont have any lift-off problems with my xai...so looks like its down to firmware issues again.

thanks for the reply,

Xai is over my budget sadly =(...and i prefer ambidextrous mouse which g500 is not. I read a lot of review saying ikari laser has a very very good grip.
*
i also prefer ambi mouses, using the xai now.
but if on a budget, and dont use side buttons, best choice is razer abyssus.
else try to save up for the xai tongue.gif

i didn't and haven't install the setpoint, though, if that is what you're talking about  hmm.gif
*
thats software...wont help at all on the lift-off distance.
firmware is on the mouse itself, xai does not need to install anything.

I never used a Razer mouse before. Thus, I can't give you much comments on that.  biggrin.gif However, Razer Mamba indeed is really comfortable to use but the battery life is a little bit worrying.

For me, I would like to go for new products. Razer Mamba is kinda obsolete for me.  brows.gif The bad thing of getting the new gaming mouse is the probability of being a big fat lab. white mouse.  sweat.gif
*
battery life is a non-issue as i dont think anyone would play games for 14hrs straight.
plus according to specs it should last 3 days with regular use, and most will of cos put it back on the dock when not in use.

It sounds better now.  thumbup.gif Nevertheless, I still prefer wireless gaming mouse that equipped with AA battery as it is way more easier to get it around your place.  biggrin.gif
*
but 2 AA batts easily add on at least 40gms to the mouse...means the mouse would weigh around 130-140gms overall...pretty heavy.

So fast sell? You're going to lose out a lot bro. How serious does the cursor move around when you lift up the mouse? Based on my previous experience, the laser sensor is pretty much more sensitive and so those who like to drag and lift up the mouse while gaming will need to get used to it.
*
thats why the xai got 1mm lift-off distance.
razer imperator and i guess new mamba firmware also can reduce it to 1mm.
all in the firmware tongue.gif

installed the G500 to my PC without any hassle at all.

the scroller; i'm fine with it. the buttons; all are great.  thumbup.gif

but i really, really don't like this. picture this. i lift the mouse up about 1cm off the table, and i still can move the mouse. i'm like, omg, this is so not righttt. as i mentioned in my previous posts, i have a habit of lifting the mouse up very often, especially during gameplay. this is kinda annoying especially when the the cursor is moving around erratically when i lift the mouse up.  sad.gif  sad.gif  sad.gif

anyone having the same problem as i do? anyone know anyway to counter this problem?

else, i'll have no choice but to sell off this mouse.  sad.gif

please help.
*
1cm? are u sure?
take a bunch of CDs, put the sensor over the holes and see how many CDs before the sensor cant move.
1 CD roughly 1.2mm.
xai sensor stops moving at 2 CDs...so can safely say lift-off distance is about 1.2mm.
some sensors 4 CDs also got, but 1cm = 8 CDs is too much.
so if more than say 4 to 5 CDs then advise u to rma it.

oh yea, pls dont say ur using ur table as a mouse pad?

it could just solve the high lift-off distance tongue.gif
