QUOTE(teamloks @ Nov 9 2010, 10:51 PM) anyone can suggest me good mouse my budget below 300 i think want to buy Cyborg Rat 5 but dont know where to buy Logitech G700! but not available yet, probably by this month will be available.others you can consider as well are Razer Death Adder, Roccat Kone, Gigabyte M8000X, Logitech G500, Steel Series Ikari. personally would advise you to not get RAT5, even their RAT7 model are not good enough, so.. I wouldn't expect the RAT5 to be good. ambidexterous design mouse are suited for both sides of hand, while ergonomic are design that suit for only one side of hand, mostly right handed. |

QUOTE(TechnoG @ Nov 14 2010, 06:45 PM) probably phantomash would be interested in getting one of thisĀ yep, I'm getting one, hais. Get those more "exotic" mouse, ie Zalman FG1000 etc. as I've been reading about this mouse quite a lot, so I've already read about this issue before here seems the mouse's still worth getting. just got my G700!
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « first hands-on impression, the mouse is big, extremely comfortable, extremely ergonomic the grainy texture on the mouse makes it feels very nice to hold, the free fly scroll wheel mode is something that I've never tried before, its scrolls extremely smooth, the mouse buttons are nice to click, no jitters occurs when spamming clicks, everything just feels GOOD about this mouse, above that all, I got it for only RM258 (including shipping) from hikari85! QUOTE(huzzLEE_82 @ Nov 26 2010, 11:21 AM) All IT selling rm269 in Lowyat plaza.... it uses rechargeable AA battery, you can replace it anytime,i'm looking towards it later...still funding.... form ur feedback really gud eyh? wat about battery consumption? or it use rechargeable built in unit.. haven't get to test the battery consumption yet, as I've just got the mouse. one more thing to add, the wire provided, is slightly stiff, it might hinder the mouse movement a bit. |

yea, its actually quite similar to da,
but from the dimension listed you can already see that its higher which means it kinds of stretch your palm more compared to da one more thing that I like about the mouse is that it doesn't rely on rubber coating to give you the nice gripping feel, this means you don't have to worry about the coating coming off |

QUOTE(Cyclonechuah @ Nov 28 2010, 10:02 AM) i just brought G700 for RM270 in Midvalley. so fast you took the plunge eh For what i feared about mouse issue on wireless. i kept trying all types of pooling, and repeat rate, battery power mode, it doesn't seems to suffer any type of problem as stated in their website. So i think this is wireless issue, but hardware based error, but if anyone that brought the mouse really suffer this issue, i suggest you may go to RMA your mouse. For me, this mouse just feels very good, and all the settings seems convenient and nice, i really appreciated for purchasing an awesome mouse just for RM 300 below. and the mouse feels just comfortable in my hand, more better than the gigabyte that i`m holding(for me, because i got slightly big hands.) i tried palm grip, my hand is still slightly bigger than the mouse. i will may go for palm/claw grip hybrid i would rate G700, 4.5/5 I'm not lying when I said I didn't notice any wireless problem with this mouse IMO it takes time to get used to this mouse, due to it having more buttons than even the regular gaming mouse (like naga) plus the extra curvy shape also, I find that the stiff charging cable provided, isn't really stiff, more like the user is used to being wireless, then when back to wired mode, user will feel like being "tied down" hence the stiffness |

QUOTE(Honky @ Nov 29 2010, 03:38 PM) I got the G700 last week, gotta say I'm very satified with its performance, the extra G buttons are very nicely designed and easily press. Shape design is also very comfortable, and unlike what others say, i feel its ok for both claw and palm grip. The only gripe i have with the mouse is the rough sandy texture, very uncomfortable on the skin. I prefer the rubberized texture of the Mamba. the "rough sandy texture" of the mouse is actually a plus point for me,it makes the mouse to be more long lasting compared to rubberized surface, because it doesn't peel off after few months of usage unlike the rubberized surface, the rubberized surface might feel nice at first, but once the rubberized surface starts peeling off, combines that with the sweat from your hand, it'll turn into a pile of sticky mess, either that, or you rub off the whole thing off and reveal the shiny plastic surface, which renders the rubberized surface to be pointless in the end. |

Just want to know whether is this normal... the mouse wheel is suppose to be a bit shaky, so that you can push it left/right easily |
