Hi Guys, I've read through the form 9C and also the "Information Related To Withdrawals" on KWSP's english site and I noticed that the main documents it is requesting for: - housing loan approval letter = is this offer letter or is there other approval letter? - personal savings account passbook - is this needed? is it the one from the loaning bank or...? Need your urgent reply on this matter. Thanks

Thanks 1) loan offer from bank 2) your personal account statement, if maybank2u; just print the statement on-line & print out. reason because KWSP will remit the money to your personal account takes ~10 working days to get the money after you submitted all the docs.

for maybank2u, you just need to print your personal info (the page that shows your name, account no, etc). the rest of your money transaction are not needed. You can print it as well, but they'll just return it back to you..

I believed EPF also request for one letter in EPF format, but Bank's letterhead and normally Bank will charge you RM50 for this. And behind each transaction, this RM50 split between EPF/Bank to go makan makan every month end during their gathering.

Assuming not all banks need that letter ? Isn't this just a back up for average people like me? .. And about stamp duty, how much is it? is there a fix rate? or it vary depending on the purchase prise? and for example if a house is RM380k, how much will my lawyer fees be? thanks in advance
