New patch released for TSM!

The new patch made some of the existing quests to hang and thus cannot be completed.
Eg: Dangerous Minds - under shut it down cannot listen to the instructor's lessons

I thought every patch will cancel any current quests? It makes sense to manually cancel quests before patching anyway.
