Finally getting understand about OOO, compare to switch form to obtain certain power like other rider did. Instead it, OOO switch /swap the body part to obtain power. Interchange three of his chesst plate to combine more form...

When he want to jump high he switch his leg become hopper, when he want to clock up he change his leg to cheetah ?

So when he need to go in water, fly around and have damage power. He change his lower part become a fish tail, a tiger claw hand and a eagle head with wing so he can fly and swim ..
