Bro, sometime I did overlook or reply late, appologize about that, but I never intentionly dont want to reply you or any of our customer.  It depends on timing also, sometime I got time I will check LYN few times a day, if got inquiry or PM, I will reply.  Sometime, I can only check at night, or few days later, hence will not able to reply each every single message promptly.  Honestly, I just saw your PM. 

I am always put each of our customer priority, but please be understand also time taken to serve each customer.  I had do my best, but may be there are still room for improvement.
