As part of our profession service, it is our responsible to make clear to our value customer on the good site, risk and possibility might happen when removing tint. This is standard industry practice. If you visit any tint... shop and they are not put this upfront, meaning they are hiding something. Especially for the rear window as the "heater line" is stick just after the old tint, so when we peel off the old tint, they will be risk. The risk will also get higher depends on the condition of the heater line and the workmanship of existing tint. However, having say this, the chances of problem may happen is 1 out of 500. Base on our pass few years in this line, only happen once. Al thought the chances is very small, but we will still explain to our customer the possible outcome, so that customer may decide if still want to proceed. For sure, we definitely will handle with care

Alternately we still can apply the tinted film as second layer for the rear window only.

Added on June 3, 2011, 1:16 amDear Customer, if u find difficulties to get ur car tinted at Subang or Damansara branch, pls try to call Setapak, Ampang or Gombak outlets for quicker appointments. Pls be remind that this Sunday 05/06/2011 we are closed due to public holiday replacement leave.

Thanks for clarification Steve . But i feel not fair the, solar tint customer that face the buble tint problem . Cos at 1st is he go to your shop do tint but end up you didn't provide professional tint but make buble tint . When need to take the tint is the customer need to bear the risk. But is who make the buble tint is the customer or the solar tintshop?
If i is him i will file to consumer tribunal . So my personal opinion lowyat net ppl must careful choose good solar tintshop ya .

is it rejects heat or not cause sometimes cheaper tint just reflects the lights out and not the heat and it will be like in the oven during mid-day.
