wow, that's a tall order.

1. scart cable is very rare, can expect price for it at least rm200 just for this cable.

even s video cable cost at least rm100-150.

2. 4mb ram cart is doable, x-men vs street fighter also quite common, both in a set will cost at least rm100.

3. ah, street fighter zero 3. this one will cost a lot, at least rm400-500 nowadays.

so in total, assuming you want a bare bones no box saturn with 2 controllers, scart cable, x-men vs street fighter, street fighter zero 3 and 4m ram cartridge, it's going to cost rm400 + Rm200 +rm100 + rm500 = rm1,200 at least.

sf zero 3 for saturn was released late in the saturn's lifespan.

i believe even the dreamcast version is more easier to find than the saturn version.
