haha my S530D free stuff... I think got no warranty oso lol brows.gif

you have to fill it quite a lot. fills every single space inside but not too much that your internal amp and subwoofer driver suffocates(no ventilation)
play around on how much stuffings required tho.

will try it but not so soon cuz I dunno when and where I'm gonna buy this polyfills whistling.gif

I had stuffed mine hardly with aquarium filter laugh.gif
It works without problem so far.

No worries, semiconductor can operate hotter than you imagine. biggrin.gif
I stuffed half of the box and left the space for the amplifier because it took some space in the woofer.

QUOTE(infernoaswen @ Apr 21 2011, 02:51 AM)
btw how long do we need to do burn in for edifier speakers? is there any steps?

shouldnt this info be at the 1st page of this thread  hmm.gif ?
*
Normally plays music loud for certain time will do....

If you want go to another level, use pink noise and frequency sweep loud for like 3 hours a day continuous for a week to make sure it is really burn in.
You can search around for burn in software or CD to help you burning in your speaker too...

Difference before and after is depend on you, for me is a lot... thumbup.gif

Just opened my C3's woofer and fill up with my polyfill pillow haha..
I noticed the cable that they use to connect to driver is too thin? Perhaps changing it to thicker cable can help?
Oh btw, the polyfill seems not very working for me, is it because need to fill the whole area? i just lay it down at bottom.
*
Put on the wall behind the woofer if you have limited polyfill, stuff all the walls if you have more. biggrin.gif
Thicker wires does help some, if you sensitive to small changes then it would help. sweat.gif

It could be bridge up 1 chip to power 1 speaker....so it needs 2.
Yes of coz it can power up C3 satellite, now you understand that it does not require much power for normal listening volume as that chip only running about 0.6W?

anyway, anybody here use fan to cool their edifier speakers?
*
For me nope, i never wanted to use fan cooling as it will contribute noise. I try to get the environment as low noise as possible...
