Almost felt no difference on woofer, on the satellites yes it makes significant difference.

QUOTE(vaizard @ Mar 20 2011, 12:54 AM)
how bout gaming n movie?
can dis speaker perform well?
n is it worth for me to get p3080m since the diff in price is small?

Gaming and movie indeed will perform well on m3300sf, the woofer might had a lot boxiness sound to you. P3060 can perform good on gaming and movie too, but the bad thing is that the volume control is at the back of the woofer, might gives you convenient problem.

Do go audit the demo set, see which one suits you.

Hahaa,

Eh btw, Gigaworks T3's considered as sealed sub issit?
*
Yes you're right nod.gif
sealed sub with passive radiator, that speaker is quite powerful, with tizzy treble from what i heard on the demo set. All IT likes to blast with that speaker nowadays. laugh.gif

lol why class D amp ex? i always thought the other type amp is ex.
*
Because it used different method to amplify the signal, you can google it out for more info.

QUOTE(bulibulizaimon @ Mar 20 2011, 09:57 PM)
With 2” full-range audiophile grade driver in each satellite perhaps
*
Look like those are aluminium cones, but the driver seems to be too small for mid range frequency. sweat.gif

QUOTE(nismo91 @ Mar 21 2011, 08:39 AM)
thanks for the insight. now i know that most of the multimedia speakers uses class A/B and some uses class D.
*
Class AB design is easier to produce, Class D amplifier are very efficient but it is hard to design a low distortion compare to Class AB amplifier.

QUOTE(IwanAGP @ Mar 21 2011, 09:34 AM)
Lolz... How to differentiate between classes of op-amp? Studying e&e but I haven't learn so much yet. Oh ya... Googling to check that out but I found out that the mA741 normally used in my first year labs is first produced in year 1968!! That's a very very long time!!!!! Over 40 years in the market yet they're still using it!
*
Mostly is Class AB, if you know how all the amplifier classes work then you should able to differentiate it. uA741 is a very old op amp, nowadays it use for uni studies only, because it is simple in the IC.

Testing again on op-amp tweak the sound, using OPA2604 and found that it can be quite a good pair to edifier speaker. thumbup.gif
Everything sound different than before main power tweak compare to after power tweak.

Should be he can capture within the frequency range 30-15000Hz at -38dB sensitivity and +/-5db tolerance.

-38dB +/-5db = will be around the range -43db or -33db.

any song will do... but best fully analogue songs... like live recordings, acoustic guitar songs, bla bla...
as long as you know that song damn well then it's good for reference...
make sure it's in high quality file like 320kbps MP3 or some lossless like flac. wav. ape. alac.
songs like ke$ha,t.i.,black eyed peas, etc. those kinda sucks at reference because they just jumbled up too much sounds whistling.gif
*
nope, it used cheapo recording style, using low quality instruments tone generator. sweat.gif

they basically just turns everything digital... even real drums... they add distortion in it

As i listened the black eye peas album on lossless files, i found the recording are below average, same goes to some jay chow album.
