sc doesnt improve the strength of the bass..
but if u realyl feel that's not enuff..
means u nidda get a better sub..

Maybe you can try face the sub to the wall, put it very close to the wall under your table.

many soundcards have prob with win 7 iinm.

mx5021 has a dedicated amp chip for sub alone and is hell lot more powerful,more opamps and more expensive

c3 runs on a 'bridged' configuration of TDA737x

furthermore c3 design and use of material is not quite optimal.... it shuld run on a 6inch woofer max insted of 8
you get what you pay for =)

woah... that makes me rethink again whether to choose c3 or mx5021 for fun
what about Edifier s330?

i don't know... never get to see inside but i think ms5021 is better because
s330 specs is Total Power Output: RMS 18W x 2 + 36W should be same family stuff inside?
and the speakers are not as gud as.....

erm... all the picture is there... you see lar which one has more bigger caps more parts better layout.... nicer drivers.... bester price

After burned in, Edifier sounds much more detailed than Altec Lansing MX5021 IMO. MX5021 just movie enhancement type

Redraw the pin out diagram, for m3300 modding use



so the input ground is yellow colour wire, output ground is the shield. But i saw both ground are linked together in the volume control circuit board.

the design layout of the pcb itself makes it difficult to upgrade mod =(
even after mod.. the down side is it cannot fully peform because it speakers were not designed to go up to a certain level

but unfortunately at the end of the day my caps worth more than the set itself hahaah and i cannot get the full juice out

I discovered i need shielding to clear out the interference. Gonna find a shielded cat6 cable for it, hoping Lowyat plaza got sell it.

thanks for your pic, perhaps with some 'tricks' i can give input to M3300 without the use of remote control.

Just direct the input cable to the serial port

I agree MX 5021 and S330/C3 are not in the same league.
IMO,it's between S330 and S530D.
But no matter how,both beats MX 5021 hands down.
