Edifier partnered with DTS???? and in Las Vegas too?? Seriously Edifier name might be as big as Altec or Logitech in the near future.
well they got potential... why not

just hope that the speaker price won't shoot up high suddenly

Currently deciding either E3100/M3400 for M3400, i know that the wires are hardwired into satellites. Is there a way for me to extend the cable? I would like to place the sub on floor and the sats placed on a shelf which is roughly 1.3~1.4meter for its height and 60-70cm depth. Is the cable long enough for that length? ~2m... Any M3400 and E3100 user can clarify for me? The cable is to go underneath the shelf, satellites placed or mount to wall on both side of TV.
Hope to hear to u guys! Thx! Can't wait to audit these speakers when i'm back to KL!
By the way... I need to drop this into AirAsia cargo! They're too big as a hand luggage(56cm X 36cm X 23cm, in which 23cm is too short either for its height or depth)!
though E3100 had long wires, I wouldn't recommend it just to pair with TV.
I've tried pairing it and all I get is muddy tubular bass messing around with vocals, destroying the sound
I couldn't even hear what the actor speak at all due to the muddy bass.
reducing the bass will be a waste cuz you hear no bass at all unless you turn it up again.
so I've tried ignoring the sub and just listen to the sats, well, it sounded teeny when you listen to them from far.
add a slight tint of treble(not even 10% treble volume), the treble is more than enough to pierce your ears full with critical finishes
I don't know how long M3400 wires are but that's a better solution than the E3100
or stick with Edifier HCS2330 or C3 cuz I've seen people use them for tv
just sharing my opinions here
