1. may i know the tentative launch date of this development?
2. conventionally, when a contractor takes over the helm of being the developer, the most persistent question one is going to ask is:
a) is the developer/contractor developing it in the eyes of contractor (meaning to maximise profit)?
or b) the contractor is using this opportunity to transform themselves or break out from their contractor's mould to a full fledge and genuine developer in the interest of long term sustainability (not unlike YTL or Gamuda)?
