No, Dont misguide other ppl. One damansara IS NOT Damanasara One. take note of that.

One damansara is at damansara damai, developer is MKLand

Damansara One is at damansara perdana.

so that means using damansara name is not actual one. it is sungai buloh

all of the "NEW" Damansara area onwards is Mukim Sungai Buloh anyway....

Eric, MAMMOTH EMPIRE GROUP is the buyer of the land, right??? Awesome.. untung 20mil after holding land for 2 years.

Wow they now have at least 5 different projects in Damansara Perdana alone@!!!

Empire group are really trying to max out their profits on this window of opportunity man.

They have gotta space out the launch abit .. Even the soon to be launch landed ones are high density .. that is bad as damansara perdana is not that ong to be flooding the area just yet, just take a drive at night to that area its is soo quiet ..

The good side is that at least it isnt MKland doing all of these ..

I heard there is another piece of land on PJU 8/8 also on sale. Earlier I thought is Eric's land but not sure la. It's going for twice his value
