Riccy is among the best performer on the pitch back in 2004/2005 season..he was clever with the ball yet in the same time as hard as a steel on the back..remember how he kept Torres in his pocket in UCL match..

this season is really something different, lots of high profile player offloaded but only one signing..

i too am quite frustrated over the oezil transfer. i wonder why we did not snap him up when he was up for grabs. he never really mentioned about real madrid anyways and they got him for around 13m pounds. we bought ramires for 18m pounds.

if im not mistaken, anelka has announced his retirement from international football, so even if he is banned for a 100 games, it doesnt really matter.
