Kenyon has officially left Chelsea. He quit as CEO last year but took up a non-executive role soon after. He has now decided to quit completely to concentrate on his other endeavor.

Most probable replacement would be David Luiz from Benfica. Rated at GBP27mil depending on which paper you read.
As for the question posted by a fellow forummer here, Mancienne is still a Chelsea player. Wolves will want him back on loan as per last season. The funny development is, he's now being played as a DM.

If the news are true, Ramires is already a Chelsea player, having undergone medical last Saturday. All he needs now is a working permit to complete the puzzle.
As for Rajkovic, not to say we don't welcome him. The implementation of youth policy in CFC is not very profound. Even if he's recalled, I doubt he will be thrown straight into action. Even youngsters who are currently with the first team like Van Aanholt and Bruma can hardly get minutes on the pitch. Bear in mind Dutch League is very much different than BPL. Just see Stoch, f*ckin amazing form for FC Twente and look where's he at now?

QUOTE(Ichighost @ Aug 11 2010, 11:50 PM) any1 realized that all the three brazilian latest prospect all targeted by us.. and we might only get one this transfer window...Ramires Neymar Ramires Luiz... all play in the latest brazil friendly... The Neymar rumour has been going on since the start of our pre-season but nothing has materialized. In truth, Santos refuses to offload him. Better luck next time.

The transfer window closes at the end of September. Plenty of time left for us to get some decent cover for our central defence. As for Sam, he's back from injury quite sometime ago. In fact, if you notice, he travelled with the 1st team throughout the pre-season.

Aha! That match against Stoke if I'm not mistaken. Yeah, gotta agree he has hardly featured since then. That's the thing about our youth policy. Once you over excited over the glimpse of talent shown by the youngster, it's either he will be loaned out or rot on the 1st team bench.

I'm certainly not lamenting about the poor youth policy. In truth, I do not have a problem with that actually. Just highlighting the fact this is how we rock n roll in Chelsea. I do not care if you are Michael Essien or Josh McEachran, it's all about teamwork and stability. I will leave it to Carlo to decide what is best for the squad.

There's a talk that we have shifted our target to Burdisso (Dailymail) now, given the hefty price tag of Luiz. He might be a bit old for our liking, that fella is versatile (can play anywhere along the back 4) and makes a cheap cover if our main central defenders are injured.

Our reserves are beaten 3-1 by Blackburn Rovers reserves. Di Santo (still around!) and Borini (captain) spearheaded the attack. Turnbull was in goal and Mancienne was involved as well.

QUOTE(ericling @ Aug 22 2010, 02:01 PM) And Anelka goals are awesome. And he have a new celebration style. [attachmentid=1740826] What does this mean? Ultimate finish my Anelka. Benayoun finish is not bad too! Great position with speed. I can feel the team work now. I feel how lovely when Drogba hug Benayoun This is called the KONVICT celebration. Founded by AKON.

Andy Carroll is a good player and definitely has lots of potential. On the season Newcastle was relegated, he managed to score a total of 4 goals only. Anyway, chances of him leaving Newcastle? Hahaha! No chance in hell. This fella is a Geordie boy through & through.

QUOTE(madfag @ Aug 27 2010, 12:08 PM) its just a shame he cannot follow the whole team through the pre season. what is he suppose to do in bangkok alone. unless Malaysia is the last destination then benny can go home to London before the rest of the team. Don't forget that it was announced in the press release, Chelsea will be making Malaysia as their training hub throughout the whole Asia tour. If Benny stays in Bangkok or somewhere else, he wouldn't be able to train with the squad for the majority of the time. On another note, I'm really looking forward to watch Didi in action LIVE! It was a shame, he missed out in the previous round due to injury.
