don't treat him/her that harsh. examine what 60min's trying to say, that the company promised to give 100 petrol allowance but later in fact nonsense, company gives nothing, and "hence, i don't want to give back the money because i feel like they want to rob everything from me.", maybe the company also trying to get back money more than what are they supposed to get.

and he/she has been working for months, so few hundred bucks maybe equal or lesser than total allowances (100/month) 60min should get.

my opinion, if u can get new job, better u move,, why bother to work to company which such unprofessional behavior,, if not and you think u can survive there, i think u should give it back.
