Pass few months, my company overpaid my salary because they calculated wrongly and now they realize about it and now they request me to refund the overpaid salary. Do i under any obligation to pay back the overpaid salary? Please help me~

they overpaid by few hundred bucks..

can they just cut my salary? since it is not my fault of getting overpaid, plus this company is MNC company from Japan.

Added on June 7, 2010, 9:08 pminitially the company promise me by giving me RM100 allowance of petrol, but they didn't give me due to their own reason. hence, i don't want to give back the money because i feel like they want to rob everything from me.

They took back the money by deducting my next salary. According the HR, they make this error every month.

Well, i'm planning to move on in the future
