If you teenage time, take it more frequent to help you develop. Slow it down when you getting old like 30's.

1 or 2 for a week if you teenage and active. 1 per week or two if you older.

Trust me, it help your memory alot. I have been drinking it on and off for more than 20yrs.

Yes, cause it fire up your extra energy. But you still have to be becarefull. Too frequent drink will make your body too hot. Depend your diet.

You still will be tired at the end of the day. Stop it and take the rest. This is not steroid drink.

Example of my taking. Climbing hill or treking. Take a bottle after this and you still can keep up till night. flex.gif When go to cold country, I boost up with few before go. It will keep me warm and extra active. But damp hot after comeback. sweat.gif
