love the taste... especially warm, like drinking chicken soup YUM!

i think it actually works differently on individual. some of my friends consume it and got hyper, cant sleep, so they drink it before the go exam or they start work/study.

some of my friends include me, after drink, damn TIRED, and fell flat on bed, but after wake up, fufff... can kill tiger
same case when i drink Livita/Red Bull, effective for 1 hour+/- , afterthat, flat~

cant drink this essence more than 3 times a week, because very "heaty" sometimes, nose bleed after too frequent drinking it...
