As mention by keta the latest Brut Google Maps 4.3 is out and can be downloaded here:

http://www.multiupload.com/IETT3QHUEY

Features:

* international navigation using Google Maps Directions
* map tiles caching on SD card
* force-enable MT. If you're on Eclair or some custom Donut and don't have multitouch zooming, then maybe this will enable it.
* force-enable Buzz feature
* fix for map shift issue in China
* option to hide zoom buttons
* installable on non-rooted devices
* could be installed beside original app

make sure your file extension is .apk , not .zip

Do I need Nav Launcher? Not available in the market anymore...

use Astro file manager to install the apk, should be no problems. Doesn't require root

So, the map itself is already preloaded with brut file right? So, I don't need to go online and download map now correct?

Wow We can enable saving map to cache and save it to SD card!!!
Does that mean we can even navigate without 3G then?

And what is the multitouch and Buzz for?

The map details are not inside the card - it is being continously download thro your 3G connection. It is different from GPS software eg Papgo, TomTom, Ndrive etc
