day 2 : cardio day (20-30 minute, up to you)
day 3 : 5 minutes cardio + workout
day 4 : cardio day
and so on..
or else you can try the morning + evening plan as -Dan suggested

if you are doing 3 days workout /week
then maybe you can do this day 1 : 5 minutes cardio + workout day 2 : cardio day (20-30 minute, up to you) day 3 : 5 minutes cardio + workout day 4 : cardio day and so on.. or else you can try the morning + evening plan as -Dan suggested |
