I bought a prepaid. Gotto register immediately?, OR later or is there any grace period?

u have to register ur number 1st, before the expiry date~ even if u put ur sim card in ur phone, doesn't mean that u can use it for call or sms etc on the spot. u can register at the nearest celcom center or at the shop that u bought the simpack.

If buy prepaid number, need any document to register details? Or just give name and ic number will do?
