i used to drink one bottle per day; then heard my aunt saying that we shouldn't drink it too much, reduce it to once a week, and now virtually none....anyway, i think it does reduce heatiness in the body, and it did help me reduce the heatiness that cause pimples, cos i felt my pimples were slightly reduced because of drinking .....but not too sure about it - it could be psychology
