hi guys, i bought something here and the seller had sent out the parcel on monday (31st may) and to my surprise, i havent got it until today (4th june). I tracked the tracking number online and found out that the parcel has been sent. I went to post office just now and from what the post officer told me, the parcel has been sent to a wrong address (mine is taman tiara and the parcel been sent to taman indah setiara, WTF?). Any idea what went wrong here? Is the postman problem or the seller problem? I pmed the seller, and she replied me irresponsibly

i think postman got collect back delivery receipt after they deliver it (like you need to sign at the form when u receive it and give it back to postman). Just ask to check the written address on the delivery receipt if possible and if post office don't admit is their fault for sent to wrong address.

If the address is written wrong on the delivery receipt, then u know what to do...if it is correct, ask for compensation from post office or ask them to reacquire the item from the wrong address.

Bro,

For your specific case, I suggest you get the Wrong address and go there to pickup your items.

Another way is for you to lodge a complaint with POS for them to retrieve back your item.

Pos express don't require any signature, myb u could check ur pm to seller and since u know the Lorong are wrong then kindly ask seller to log a complaint so u could get ur stuff back.

Thanks
