any idea about the time line? duration between the disease breakout and the present days. days or months?
did it mention in series or comic? maybe mentioned by the doctor when the group arrive in the center. i might missed it. |

QUOTE(kuaLe_AGX @ Nov 14 2011, 11:17 PM) im missing something here? what do u all mean by 'the barn scene'?QUOTE(stormlcc @ Nov 14 2011, 01:30 PM) seems like these comments are completely childish. why do u say my arguments are like 10 year old? it's completely logical isn't it? if your friend is lost in the jungle, wouldn't u go find him/her as fast as possible? u would take a detour and go church / temple / mosque to pray instead of go look for your friend and risk your friend getting hurt? the longer a child (or even an adult) stays lost in a jungle (with hungry zombies / tigers / lions / predators) the more dangerous it will become, this is common knowledge. Which means these (harsh) comments i got is totally confusing and illogical. It also means the person(s) saying that my (10 year old) brain are actually rather stupid or they've never been out in the real world before.... they're not taking a detour. they heard a (church) bell ringing, they thought probably it will led them to something.. maybe the girl rang it. i didnt remember exactly the church scene, but i believe only Rick and Carol prays. they probably the most upset people amongst them. they're clueless and Rick pray for a direction from 'God'. as a last resort he can think of.Come on, I like this series but if it has faults u got to admit it, nothing is perfect in this world. Again, I stress, this is a forum, not a temple to pray to the TV series. probably amongst them only 3 man capable to combat against zombies (on 1-on-1 situation). they reluctant to split the group. so posse party will move slowly. they are in unfamiliar territory, no map etc. the best tracker among them lost her foot trail, clueless. walking in jungle (half a day, maybe), logically they need to catch some breath. wandering around a jungle arent walk in the park. u need a direction, u cant running around like headless chicken. if not, they'll lost their way too. do u ever walk in a jungle? without a map, unfamiliar place.. easy eh? thats real world for u.. for creative side, 'pray in the church' are much better than to show them wandering around clueless for 20min++.. so the baby is actually Rick's or Shane's?
from the timing (not sure the duration spanning), i pretty sure Shane's is the father. but Lori seem pretty convince (from her look when she told Dale) it is Rick's. overall, its very average season (so far), they're far too comfortable except an incidents on Carl and Sophia. basically no significant or memorable moments. but the latest one (7th) are pretty well and make up for it. pretty sure they'll move out from the farm (pls dont give me a spoiler). if not, they have nothing to show to us.. |

QUOTE(kuaLe_AGX @ Dec 7 2011, 02:37 PM) dats the uniqueness of this series. Its more about each character personality with a zombiepocalypse theme.. my fav character definitely Daryl.. but i didnt really remember him much in season 1.. did he likeable in season 1? i only remember his pathetic brother..whoever says boring, boring, boring, talking, talking, bla bla yada yada...well perhaps the series like Dawn of the Dead @ 28 Days/Weeks Later suit em more U got the goody 2 shoes mr nice guy hero type in Rick u got the hot headed sometimes crazy in the head antihero in Shane u got the women who stone headed stubborn & acts like a biatch everynow & then in Andrea u got the wise oldman who is kind hearted but sometimes over-protective in Dale u got the genius-shy-honest but sometimes dumb Glenn u got the cold-looking redneck but a great person antihero/hero in Daryl ..and so on... |

im not comic reader, so i hope they move out soon from the farm (looking very likely).. Dale and Shane dead, 2 important characters.. hopefully they compensate it with better additional characters.. |

QUOTE(greyshadow @ Oct 18 2013, 10:49 AM) Slow start but picking pace and getting more interesting towards the end of the episode. the black guy, the medic army? Bob his name i think.love the walker raining scenes the new black guy = T dog replacement? I predict he'll become walker's feed before the end of season so it seems there's a new threat, most likely the virus has mutated, and now any living human can just get sick and turn into a walker. Interesting to see this original idea apart from the comic. Expect to see all hell break loose within the prison next episode. and they also hinting at The Horde! i predict he'll be an important character. he'll be extremely useful to the group. i bet he know something about the origin of the zombies (army experiment or something) im not reading the comic, nor will i. so dont put a spoiler about that. |

any chance Lennie James make an appearance? overall i think TWD acting standard are really poor. IMO Lennie James were the best actor ever appeared in TWD. with Rick on the run, i think the best destination he'll choose will be James's (Jones) place.
