C4 confirm at BPU opposite JPN...the future bus terminal there.. The shop frontage facing LDP cost 1.5m/1.6m now...inner row (face to face) cost 1.2m-1.4m... Opposite Puteri Inn hotel there got 2 storey face main road..launching price was 668k..now?...1m to 1.2m...really big gain.. |

C4 confirm opening 4 outlet this year according newspaper yesterday..Even C4 retreat/sold their Asia asset, someone will take over their existing hypermarket,either tesco,giant or ...in the end,it still a hypermarket there.. |
