I have encountered similar case. there is a case i heard..my fren use this telco postpaid than he went to oversea abut a year....before he go he already disconnect d line..but when whe went back there is an oustanding bill..Rm1300++..kinda shock but they said tere is change of calling plan and he need to pay for the monthly fees that he didnt use..

1. Terminate line.
2. Go to Telco center and ask for outstanding balance. Paid outstanding balance on the spot with CASH!
3. Next bill still come asking for more money.
4. Wrote a official letter asking Telco to explain where does this extra charge comes from. Registered letter.
5. They don't reply.
6. Months later, they send lawyer letter.
7. Another registered letter to Telco. Still no reply
This just goes to show how arrogant these Telco are. So do keep all your official correspondence to back your case.
