Most HR agencies that have approached me over the years are getting from bad to worse!
Some will promise you the world, and never come to you.
Others will tell you to stay in touch, but they've left the firm.

Many of these individuals don't have any sense of integrity at all.
They only say what they want, do what they want, just for the friggin' $$$. Nothing more.
They've left their humanity part of life.

If given a better choice, it's best to just hook up with circle of contacts who have direct links to the company's hiring manager.
Skip the online crap (like JobStreet, LinkedIn, etc.), as well as, HR agencies; and go direct !!

I'm not sure why companies bother to hire HR agencies to do their work when they've their own HR personnel to do just that.

Kelly Services is alright.
But they're more of an outsourced HR company, rather than a recruitment agency nowadays.
