I understand Kelly Services do make candidates sign a form as soon as they register with them that if they do quit the job, they have to compensate 50% of their salary to them.
Also, my other question is, why do recruitment agencies do the payroll instead of the direct company? what is in it for them and why can't the company just pay directly to the employer and why use all these contracts bla bla bla?
