It does need getting used to, it does sound a bit scratchy on my Power Support Anti Glare, though its probably the friction of the plastic nib on it.

Received my Dagi stylus today, ordered it last week from Taiwan. First impressions: what a funny looking pen and it feels odd to write or draw using it. The Dagi is a bit different than other stylus as it has a transparent flat plastic nib. Theres a small red dot on it, so that is roughly the place (as it depends on the angle and position of your writing and viewing posture) where whatever you draw/write will come out. Below is my first attempt at writing with the Dagi on Sketchbook Pro with the bottom line the smallest radius for the pencil setting. I wrote it in my normal note-taking speed (read: quite fast) without any zooming in.

@doctorpopcorn: I've been using my Dodocase for the past month or so, haven't had any problems so far. The ipad has just stayed in the case since I put it in, I don't really take it out at all.
The dodocase is handmade, hence a bigger margin for manufacturing errors and there was a bad batch that was shipped out that led to a few complaints. From its FB page, they say that they have it fixed with a different combination of foam/glue for the corners, time will tell if the new ones will last longer. |
