Anyone have this problem before?
I bought a Washing machine from Carrefour last 2 month, but now spoil.
I go ask them they ask me send to TOSHIBA service center myself, but so big the washing machine. How do i send them??
@_@ anyone can give suggestion? only this way?

call toshiba

they sometime send techinician to your home. like me i have Fagor and Panasonic WM. when rosak they make house call. 50 bucks each time.

don't worry about all that things...

usually if something spoilt will refer back to the place u bought, for your case is carrefour. you may ask them to "help" you to call to send technician to your house.

once the technician in your house, just prepare the receipt and the warranty card and show it to them...

the example is ; my panasonic fridge not cold after 2 months then i call back the place i bought the item, then the guy that help me call double confirm with me the date and time... they send a very handsome technician (look like manager wearing neck tie and drive honda geh) he didn't charge a single cen, ask me remember to call back when got problem somemore... as long as within warranty no charges

usually toshiba ppl will come and check, take photos and come again with spareparts and repair it onsite

yeah..u maybe can get da price are cheaper then any other shop like senheng...but when it comes to problem you hav to settle by your own.

so...if u wanna avoid this kind of problem...buy electronic stuff with those shop hav provide after sales service
