It may be a good choice, Tiny Potato. CNY or Raya which ever is applicable is not a public holiday in Australia. With 14 days annual leave you may not take the long festive holiday you use to in Malaysia.

Hi All smile.gif

I work for Bell Direct. You will get a total of about 20-22 days of AL and we observe certain Australian Public Holidays e.g: Christmas, New year and Easter.
You would like the environment here . Great People.

I must say I love it here thumbup.gif

Pheonix maybe you position is more senior to be entitled more AL while the position Tiny Potato applied is only 14.

You would get a basic of 14 days of AL in a year and the Additional days are Malaysian holidays in lieu .

Example: Lets say there are 10 Malaysian PH in a year and Australia has 7 days. Then, the extra 3 days would be your Additional AL.

It's always best to reconfirm these information with the employer.

Then it is a fair deal. Most company give 14 days AL anyway.
