hey anyone here contractors or people who knows the price who knows how much it takes to build up a ten thousand squarefeet building.?
i know there are many materials and all sort but whats the basic cost? |

Please be more specific. Like is it a one storey office or multiple story? But I can safely estimate at a price range of RM1.8 mil plus plus.
