If the person is disputed, why are they still allowed to open sales thread or continue with their sales and acting like nothing had happen??
I understand we don't ban dispute tag people so that they can resolve their issue, but why permit them to continue with their sales thread?
Why not lock/close all disputed member's thread until their dispute is resolve, this will lower the chance of an identical con. This will also motivate the disputed member to settle his dispute, so that he can continue with his sales.

I have seen repeated con by the same member with dispute tag because they are allowed to continue with the sales thread.

I know the dispute tag is given to warn us about his past, but that should be sufficient reason to stop the seller from continueing his thread.

This is just my opinion, nothing more, nothing less.

well, much like any other scams in malaysia, no one can stop'em all. ban them, and they may just open a new ID, use another person's bank account number, get a new hp number, and there they go again.

at least, if put on a dispute tag, we still can be alert that this seller has problem. sometimes, its the seller with NO dispute tag that scares me, especially if its a newly opened ID.

how come some people still get conned by SMS scams even though the news already spread through every known media. if they wanna scam, someone will get scammed, only can hope we are alerted enuf to avoid it.
