Any recommendation for manual gearbox oil ar?

I wan to change mine.... really annoying when the gearbox overheat then dunwan to engage gear... i did a check on my clutch yesterday nite n its still ok.

Added on June 28, 2010, 11:18 ammacha, manual gearbox doesnt overheat... often. however, I'd recommend royal purple gear oil which ive been using for the past 30k no probs . Redline 'blue color' is also good. Sticks to the gears eventhough a gearbox was stripped and left standing upwards for 1week.

when i drive for a long time let say 110 then go into city traffic, after a few min the gear very hard to engage.. very very hard...

but if there were no jam then stop at traffic light (no jam) then i can engage gear no problem....

i thought it was clutch, i did a clutch test n it still bite... so i come to a conclusion must be the f***ed up oil i change last time back in my hometown a few month back causing it to overheat n making it hard to engage...

Just normal rev after tol & a/c compressor kick in cos forget to off it just after kill the kitty.. result 12+sec to 100kph. Start press pedal at 5sec (actually start at 3sec cos got car infront pulling to left side start press at 5sec) & reach 100kph at 17sec of the video.
