just filled up 2nd tank of vpower 97. first tank FC was pretty decent la. consider all the revving and open pod. 10.97km/l, RM0.19/km.

guys my car is having this annoying rattling sound when i rev around 2-2.5k rpm. any idea whats the cause? like suddenly only today got sound. yesterday also dont have.

i can only hear it from the inside when im driving. sounds like its coming from drivers side in the engine bay. but when i pop the hood and hold the throttle open, i cant hear it from outside

haih fml i think its the mounting, you're right. today morning start up the car, drive for 5 min whole car vibrating like earthquake while idle and compressor kick in. should most probably be the mounting right?

funny thing is i changed it only a year ago.

that, i really dont know. my uncle who's a 2nd hand car dealer did everything up for me before handing the car over to me last year. i'm guessing its some shi* quality la. absorber also last for less than a year. damn headache man. anyway what brand of mounting is recommended, and whats the price?

edit: i didn't know worn out mounting could change the engine note. my car sounds a lil bit like a perdana v6 now hahaha

just like upgrading from a stock drop in to high flow drop in, when you change to an open pod, you'll feel the difference right away. BUT also become numb to that extra power gain very quickly. just IMHO
