Guys, my car encounter some problem. During my car engine is still in cold condition, when i shift my gear from P to D, the whole car like a frog want to jump forward but with no problem when i shift from P to R, P to N, N to R or R to P. If i drive my car like for half hour, there is no such problem again. It will only appear when my car engine is still cold.

I had flushed and changed new auto transmission oil & spark plug.

Anyone here encounter this problem? It really give me a headache.

My waja campro 2007 starting to shake la.. is it the engine mounting?
last monday wife forgot to close front lamp, so yesterday i jump start.
has been driven the car for about 2 hour, but i notice the shake increase...
the shaking only availble at around rpm 2k... before this not that annoying...
last month the pomen check everything, engine mounting still good.

so, engine mounting or new battery?

p/s: last week also change new kasut, 16" taiwan.. abit heavy... but before battery kaput no problem.

My crime fighter is V2... it's a gift from the manufacturer so i have no complaint

Added on August 1, 2010, 2:57 amdid you replace your car whole set auto tensioner? CAMPRO can be more fussy then 4G18 and they are more unique because they are still in development stage.
You can check the mounting by yourself... if see any crack on the rubber! just change!

I didnt replace my car auto tensioner, that squeking sound i did manage to settle it with WD40
rightnow annoyed with the shaking.... last week when change kasut, also change streering bush (the two getah thing). did ask the pomen to check my engine mounting, still okey...

I have no idea how to check the CF version. The old version always give false alarm and cannot control from far sometimes.

u guys got any good repair shop or foreman to intro.. nid to diagnose my '03 waja

-metal knocking sound (passenger side) sounds like coming from the disc brakes
-uneven road (passenger side) sounded kuuk kuuk kuuk... dono wat sound mebbe absorber/suspension related
-rubber at the steering shaft... tried to do alignment but the foreman say the shaft for steering is loosen dy therefore need to fix that
-replace all burned out bulbs (brake light, 3rd brake light, odometer)
-oil leak..
-general car service

btw im staying in puchong ok to travel around klang valley area for the trustworthy and reliable foreman/workshop

Bros,

Last night did make 3.5 hour trip from Putrajaya to Penang.
My gps did clock 179km/j top speed.

But damn, 1 cat casualties plus one kecut ball moment...
at 160km/j plus a iswara move to right lane after ive given high beam...
Push the break, but it seems like not slowing down/really slow...
All my blood goes down to my feet man, i dont think i can push anymore...
but the braking really slow, everything just like slow motion... by that time my car is really2 near the iswara bumper... thank god it get back to left lane fast.... fuuh.... "Insaf Sejenak"....
Terus pit stop at Bukit Merah...

Is this normal for Waja Campro break? seems like it cant handle Waja at high speed? n what can i do?

just my 2 cents..

low budget improvements..
- change to performance brake pads
- upgrade to steel braided brake hoses

when have more money..
- change to twin pot brake, servo, pump (evo1-3)

also brakes alone doesnt help you stop quick, but also what tyres you use and the size of the contact patch between your tyre and road.. wider tyre gives more grip during braking, some better tyres are made with better compounds that helps braking by maintaining certain operating temperatures at high speed (read this from michelin's website if i'm not mistaken)..

when was the last time you services your brakes? bleed your brake fluids? oem brake pads? what brand/series of tyre do you use?

The car can go stable at high speed but the brakes really is a big problem! Replacing brake host etc and stuff is a waste of time and money... might as well keep the money then one shot change the whole braking system to evo 3..... it is really worth it!
