it will still be charged 1sen/sms according to your telco..
it had provided for celcom,digi and maxis..3 different operator number for your convenience..

No. 1 simcard can reload all telco by one operator. U can choose maxis operator since u r using maxis. And u still can reload for CElcom Tunetalk digi by sending to that maxis operator. Still cost u d same 1cent for one SMS .
