the RM300 for upgrading to byond PVR we have to pay to installer or they will include in the next bill?

How many times astro CSR want to call me to confirm it. last saturday they called and told me T&C & installation will be done within 10days.
But today, they called to confirm T&C again.  That day they didnt update my status ke??? |
