Any brand will do. Their job is hold the tummy in. If you keep adding weight to the tummy then it will losen and become ineffective. It will help only if you keep a weight lossing diet. I say again dont rely on the belt diet is important to. The next factor is exercise.

I dont see how tying a cloth around your body can have side effects. If there is any effect it will be immediate effect. You tie it too tight and you will faint. Or your skin is sensitive to the material resulting in rashes. After delivering babies, ladies tie themself up real tight with fabrics for up to 3 months. I never heard them talk about side effects.

Wow, I am surprise that being wrapped by super tight fabric can damage the uterus. That being the case, do you think wearing a bra can cause breast cancer. There is even underwires in a bra. We never seem to have breast cancer until the bra was invented.

Okay, we are talking about different things. I did not know there are products that vibrates or heats up these days. I can also accept what you have read may be true where these products are concern. It seem to make sense since there is constant heat or vibration at the uterus area. I will be more cautious on these types.

Just simple fabric with valcro to fasten. You can adjust how tight you want it to be. There are also other undergarment suit type. You can call them lingerie but not made of lace and satin.

When you start skipping breakfast initially you will lose upto 2kg but dont expect to lose more if you continue skipping it.
