When you wear this slim belt over the part that you want to burn fat, after wearing with the "right" temperature for about 30 minutes, you body will be sweating. It is actually applying heat to your "fatty area" to make your sweating.

For example, if you're a thin person and you apply it to your stomach area, after using say for about 1 week,
you'll seen less fat and even some muscles (if you've pervisouly have it?). Try measure it with the measuring tape before and after result.

How much can you be sweating every day unless you are the very active person who sweat a lot.

The other more effective way is to skip 10AM, 3PM & Night supper/breakfast.
This mean less food/rice is been kept in your body.

When the body is hungry, it will convert the existing fat in your body in to "food". Well, that is when your body fat is being use.

For me, if I skip breakfast for 1 week, I will lost about 2kg. Anyway, I am kind of a thin type of person and also health consious.

If I am taking my Bamboo Salt supplement, then I even loose more weight.
I took this Bamboo Salt because I've seen people recover from certain disease when they use this regularly.
Better be safe then sorry later.

Bamboo Salt is actual a supplement where this drink help reduce the impact/harm to our body because of the food we consume daily. It is more like a Detoxic drink. Refer to my Signature below my trade list.
